I lost my charger in a move and had to find a quick replacement. I found this on Amazon, and as a prime member, got quick shipping! I've already recharged my Nikon battery and I am ready to start shooting again!!!

I ordered this charger to take with me to Africa. I didn't want to bring the standard one for my Nikon D70, because it uses a long cord to plug into the wall. By using this charger, which plugs directly into the wall, I saved some much needed space in my pack.
This thing worked like a beauty. I'm not counting on it to be my long-term charger, but for my trip, it worked great and arrived early. The extra adapter was a nice bonus!

First of all, I'd like to say I've never written a review before. However, with this item I just felt I had to. I've misplaced my NIKON charger and thought I order this one until I find my original one. What a mistake. As soon as the charger arrived, I plugged in my battery to the charger and was excited to finally use my camera again. Bummer. The charger doesn't do its job!!! The battery fits in it nicely and the green light comes on when you plug it in but after hours and hours of charging the battery is still not charged and the camera won't work. Very disappointing. If you need a new charger you're probably better off to order the original one. FYI, I have the NIKON D 80.
