I was hoping for a quick, easy way to prepare my egg sandwiches. Specifically, I wanted nice, round, sandwich-size scrambled eggs. Bacon tray works, but I usually put ham in mine, so the tray was overkill for that. The egg side, though, I would want to use every day.

Sadly, it just doesn't work. I whisk the egg in another bowl (another dish!) and pour it into the egg spot. Unfortunately, egg gets underneath the lifter. The lifter winds up in the *middle* of the cooked egg. No idea how/why so much egg winds up underneath the lifter, but it does, and it's a big pain. I pull it out, scrape egg off one side onto sandwich, then the other... no good. May as well just use a little bowl in the microwave. I was hoping for something easier to use and clean up, but this is not it.

Gave a couple of these to coworkers who'd started Weight Watchers and needed a good breakfast - one you can make at work if you have a microwave. Works great. Easy to clean up. A winner all around.

I love this thing. Breakfast sandwiches come out great, they are fast and easy. My kids love them too. Yes, the clean up could be easier, but given that the whole process takes 2 minutes, 3 minutes to clean in't that bad. I make 4 of them for the family, so I clean up after all of them are made. It really couldn't be easier.
